Fighting client's FTC-Accident charge in Fulton State Court On March 9, 2017, I appeared in the State Court of Fulton County to defend my client against a following too close accident. This case originated in Alpharetta, GA, and due to the circumstances of the accident, I had this case transferred to Fulton St., Court. After discussions and negotiations with the prosecutor, he was unwilling to dismiss the charge. However, he did agree to a no contest plea from my client.
