After negotiations with the prosecutor and after presenting evidence that the other driver's car had been repaired satisfactorily, I got the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the charges. My client pled guilty to a basic rules violation. The basic rules violation is not reported to the Georgia Department of driver services. There will be no points added to my client's driver's license and his insurance company will not be informed of this incident
