I got client's speeding ticket dismissed in Alpharetta I appeared with my client in Alpharetta Municipal Court, to defend him against a speeding charge of 85 mph in a 65 mph zone. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. With the speed being 14 mph over, I was able to get this changed dismissed and the State of Georgia will not be informed.
