Getting client's expired registration charge dismissed in Milton, GA. I recently had a client who had been charged in Milton, Georgia with an expired vehicle registration violation. The Georgia law states that a vehicle without current and proper registration may not be operated on any road, street, or highway, within the state. Defending Alpharetta client against following too closely I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal Court to defend my client, who had been charged with a following too closely-accident ticket. My client was in heavy traffic going home after work and the car ahead of him stopped suddenly. I presented evidence to the court that the other driver's vehicle had been satisfactory repaired. Because my client has a clean driving record, I was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss this charge against her.
