Slow driving can impede traffic. If you choose to drive slower than the cars around you move to the right-hand lane to do so. Driving faster than the posted speed limit can put you at risk for a speeding ticket. If you choose to drive with a faster cars in the left-hand lane, try to be the car in the middle, rather than the first or last car. Speeding is dangerous driving. It reduces your reaction time and shortens your safety window. If you choose to drive slower than the cars around you move to the right-hand lane to do so.

Alpharetta Attorney Scott Miller says "drive consistently." Everything on the road works better when traffic flows naturally and in a predictable way. Always drive consistent. Speeding up and slowing down can be confusing to drivers behind you. If you make a turn slowly and another turn fast, people in front of you and behind you won't be able to predict your reactions. It is best to drive consistent with the other cars around you, so that other drivers may best judge when it is safe to pass or to make a turn. Consistent driving is safe driving!Everything on the road works better when traffic flows naturally and in a predictable way.

Getting client's expired registration charge dismissed in Milton, GA. I recently had a client who had been charged in Milton, Georgia with an expired vehicle registration violation. The Georgia law states that a vehicle without current and proper registration may not be operated on any road, street, or highway, within the state. The officer issued my client a citation but fortunately did not impound his car. After the client hired me, I went to work by contacting the prosecutor and asking for a pretrial discussion. During the pretrial discussion, I reviewed my client's situation. When I appeared in court, I got the prosecutor to agree to dismiss his charges.I recently had a client who had been charged in Milton, Georgia with an expired vehicle registration violation.
