Fighting my client’s failure to appear in Atlanta Municipal Court On Friday, November 24, 2017, I appeared with my client in Atlanta Municipal Court. He had been charged with an expired registration violation, for which he failed to appear in court. I negotiated with the prosecutor to dismiss the citation and upon payment of the fine, the court closed the failure to appear warrant. Defending my client against hit and run in Alpharetta, GA. On Wednesday, November 15, 2017, I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal Court with my client. She had been charged with hit and run. The other driver was subpoenaed and was present in court. The prosecutor insisted on a guilty plea or a no contest plea for my client. If my client had played guilty, it would have resulted in loss of her driver’s license. On Monday, November 13, at 1:00 PM, I appeared with my client in Milton City Court to defend him against a DUI charge. My client was involved in an accident which was not his fault. His car was T-bones by a speeding driver, and although my client was not at fault he was arrested for DUI. Based on the circumstances of the accident and my client’s low blood alcohol level, I believed that his charge should be reduced to reckless driving.

Getting client’s following to close accident dismissed, Sandy Springs On Monday, November 13, 2017, I appeared on behalf of my client in Sandy Springs Municipal Court to fight his following too close accident ticket. Getting under 21 y/o client’s speeding ticket dismissed. On Thursday, February 1, 2018, I appeared in Atlanta City Court to defend my client against a speeding ticket. My 19 years old client and his mother accompanied me to court. Following negotiations with the prosecutor I was able to get his been reduced to 14 mph over the limit. This is a win for my client because this information will not go to the Georgia Department of driver’s records and his insurance company will not be notified.
