Fighting client’s speeding ticket in Gainesville, GA. On a Thursday, I appeared with my client in Gainesville City Court. My client had been ticketed for driving 25 mph over the speed limit. Following considerable consultation with the prosecutor in effort to get the speed reduced to 14 over the limit, the prosecutor was unwilling to allow this and wanted a six-month probation for my client.
