On Monday, November 13, 2017, I appeared on behalf of my client in Sandy Springs Municipal Court to fight his following too close accident ticket.
After negotiation with the prosecutor, and based on the fact that my client’s insurance carrier had already repaired the other vehicle, I got the prosecutor to dismisses the charge.
My client will need to pay a fine, however there will be no reporting of this incident to the Georgia Department of driver services.
