After speaking with Scott, he told me that he often convinces the court to reduce his client's speed to under the super speeder limit. Attorney Miller was a man of his word. Speeding and aggressive driving is a waste of time and money If you speed from stoplight to stoplight, it is unlikely that you'll arrive at your destination any faster, unless you do not stop at the stop lights. The traffic stop light systems are computer controlled and programmed to move traffic at a certain speed. Driving aggressive, speeding, and rapid acceleration, will cost you an additional $.16 per gallon for gas. Don't drive aggressive and speed, it's unlikely that you will arrive any quicker at your destination and you will certainly burn more gasoline. If you speed from stoplight to stoplight, it is unlikely that you'll arrive at your destination any faster, unless you don't stop for the stop lights

Fighting client's reckless driving charge in Alpharetta, GA. In November, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client and his family, to fight his reckless driving charge. My client was at the time, below 21 years of age. The penalty for reckless driving below 21 years of age usually results in a suspended drivers license. I was able to get the prosecutor to agree, that if my client attended a defensive driving class and rescheduled his case for a later date after his 21st birthday, that the charge could be dismissed. This is another happy outcome for the clients of Alpharetta Attorney Scott Miller. In November, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client and his family, to fight his reckless driving charge.
