On September 14, 2016, I appeared in the Roswell Municipal Court with my client, to fight his super speeder ticket. My client is under 21 years of age, and the law looks more closely at drivers under 21. After negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit. This ticket will remain locally, and it will not be sent to the Georgia Department of driver services. My client will have to pay a fine of $150. On September 14, 2016, I appeared in DeKalb Recorders Court, to defend my client against a following too close, accident charge. My client is a commercial driver from the state of Washington . In Lenox GA. fighting client's reckless driving charge On September 12, 2016, I appeared in the Lenox, Georgia Municipal Court, to defend my client against a charge of reckless driving and an extremely high speed, super speeder ticket. Fighting client's super speeder ticket in Cobb State Court. On May 20, 2015, I was in the Cobb County State Court, defending my client against a high speed, super speeder traffic ticket. During negotiations with the prosecutor, I reminded him that my client is a good productive citizen, and he had a clean driving record until this ticket. I then convinced the prosecutor to reduce my client's speed from 27 mph over to 14 mph over.
