On April 23, 2015, I appeared in the Douglasville municipal court to defend my client against a high-speed traffic ticket. His speed was recorded at 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over the posted speed limit. This is a dismissal of charges, in that there will be no report of it made to the state of Georgia driver services.On April 23, 2015, I appeared in the Douglasville City Court, to defend my client against a high-speed traffic ticket.

On April 22, 2015, I appeared in the Alpharetta city court, to defend my client of a high-speed traffic ticket. My client was under 21 years of age, and he was charged with driving 91 mph on a 65 mph highway. After negotiations, I was able to get the prosecutor to reduce my client speed to 14 mph over the speed limit. 8/19/16 Another potential client with a school zone issue. This most recent potential client did not see the school zone sign. School zone signs can be tricky. A school zone sign may say reduce speed, or school zone ahead, but I have never seen one that said school zone begins here.
