On January 5, 2017, I appeared with my client in Marietta City Court. My client had been ticketed for driving 30 mph over the speed limit. This ticket is a super speeder ticket, and in addition to the charges in Marietta City Court, it also involves the state of Georgia. My client also had, two other recent speeding tickets, and had been found guilty for both. The prior speeding tickets complicates his present situation. After considerable negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court agreed to reduce his speed to 14 mph over the speed limit. This was done in exchange for my client completing a defensive driving class and paying the court cost By reducing speed to 14 over, this ticket stays in the City of Marietta Court and doesn't move on to the State of Georgia. Essentially this means that there will be no record of the super speeder ticket in my client's driving history with the state. On January 5, 2017, I appeared with my client in the Marietta City Court to defend him against a super speeder ticket

On June 8, 2015, I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court to defend my client against a charge of failure to yield to pedestrian. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, the court agreed that if my client attended a defensive driving class and provide proof of his insurance and coverage against any claim that occurred for the accident, the court would allow my client to plead Nolo Contendere.
