I was ticketed for failure to move over in Alpharetta Attorney Scott Miller got my failure to move over ticket dismissed. The move over law in Georgia is designed to protect the safety of emergency workers on the highway. This law requires that you move your vehicle one lane over if possible when you see emergency lights flashing on the side of the road.
