Watch for children over spring break! I just heard from a perspective client who had a collision with a young bicyclist. During spring brake, children think of nothing but being outdoors. Often, when children are outdoors they are not paying attention to traffic on the roadway. My law practice sees an increase in vehicle versus pedestrian accidents during spring brake. Be on the safe, don’t hit a pedestrian, concentrate your attention on the road ahead and on the sidewalks. Be careful of children at play, somewhere a mother worries about their safe return home. This plea for safer driving comes from the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller. 770-408-1001Watch for children over spring break!
