On April 29, 2015, I represented my client at an administrative license suspension hearing. She had been charged with DUI which can result in a license suspension after 10 days. I was successful in negotiating a dismissal of the license suspension for her. This was an excellent outcome for my client, because she can continue to use her car for transportation to work, while I work out the DUI charge for her.

On April 23, 2015, I appeared in the Douglasville municipal court to defend my client against a high-speed traffic ticket. His speed was recorded at 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. This is a dismissal of charges, in that there will be no report of it made to the state of Georgia driver services.

On April 22, 2015, I appeared in the Alpharetta city court, to defend my client of a high-speed traffic ticket. My client was under 21 years of age, and he was charged with driving 91 mph on a 65 mph highway. After negotiations, I was able to get the prosecutor to reduce my client speed to 14 mph over the speed limit. This issue will not be reported to the state of Georgia, and it is considered a dismissal.

On April 21, 2015, I appeared in the Brookhaven City Court to represent my client, who had been charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and expired registration.
