On May 13, 2015, I appeared with my client in the Fayetteville, GA. City Court. I was there to defend him against the charges of reckless driving and speeding. My client, who is 18 years old, has much to lose if he is convicted and found guilty of these charges.

On May 12, 2015, I appeared along with my client, in the Alpharetta Municipal court to fight his speeding ticket. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit, and as soon as my client completes the defensive driving school, this discharge will be dismissed.

On May 12, 2015, I appeared in Alpharetta City Court accompanied by my client. He had been charged with a high-speed, super speeder ticket. Follow negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over. Because of this reduction in speed, there will be no record of this issue made with the state of Georgia

On May 12, 2015, I appeared in the Johns Creek Municipal Court to defend my client against a super speeder, speeding ticket.

Fighting client's DUI in Atlanta City Court. On May 11, 2015, I appeared in the City of Atlanta Municipal Court, to fight my client's DUI charge. I had the arraignment reset to a later date, in order to have enough time to negotiate with the prosecutor.

On May 11, 2015, I was in Fulton State Court fighting my client's speeding ticket. I waived the arraignment in order to provide more time to negotiate with the prosecutor.

Attorney Miller representing client in Gwinnett County State Court. On May 11, 2015, I appeared in the Gwinnett County State Court to wave arraignment for my client, and have it rescheduled for a later date. This was done to allow more time to obtain the evidence of my client's innocence.

On May 12, 2015, I appeared in Fulton State Court to fight my client's speeding ticket. I had the case rescheduled for a later date, to provide more time to negotiate for a dismissal.

On May 8, 2015, I appeared with my client in Roswell, Georgia at an administrative license suspension hearing. After after filing the proper papers and registering with the court, I was able to obtain a with drawl of the pending license suspension. This means that my client, can continue to use his auto to conduct his life.
