Fighting client's shoplifting charge in Alpharetta, GA. On May 18, 2015, I met with the prosecutor of the Alpharetta Municipal Court to fight my client's shoplifting charge. After negotiations, and based on the fact that my client has no previous criminal history, I convinced the prosecutor that a dismissal of the charge would be best. The results of this negotiation, prevented a teenage girl from having a misdemeanor on her record.

This ticket will then become a simple speeding ticket, and not have the consequences of a super speeder ticket

On May 13, 2015, I appeared in the City Court of Cumming, GA., to fight my client's, following too close/accident charge. After providing documents to the court stating that the repairs to the other vehicle were completed, I was able to get his charge dismissed.
