On May 18, 2015, I met with the prosecutor of the Alpharetta Municipal Court to discuss my clients DUI charge. Based on negotiations, and the fact that this is my client's first in a lifetime DUI charge, and his lack of criminal history, I was able to convince the prosecutor to reduce the charge to reckless driving.
