On October 10, 2016, I appeared in Roswell Municipal Court to defend my client against a hit-and-run charge. I reviewed the evidence with the prosecutor, and I also reviewed a video taken by the other driver claiming that my client was responsible for the accident. I got the prosecutor to agree to reset the case for a later date for further investigation.

On October 4, 2016, I appeared in John's Creek Municipal Court accompanied by my 19 year old client and his parents. My client was charged with passing a loading or unloading school bus. After negotiations with the solicitor, we reached an agreement which resulted in my client having a six-month pretrial diversion. With this result there will be no record of this incident made after 6 months.

On September 7, 2016, I appeared with my client in the Alpharetta Municipal court, to defend him against a DUI charge. After negotiations, I was able to convince the prosecutor to reduce the charge to reckless driving. This is a win for my client, because he will not have a DUI charge on his record. Fighting client's improper lane change in Dekalb Count On September 9, 2016, I appeared in the Dekalb Recorders Court to defend my client against an improper lane change violation. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed.

Fighting clients battery charge in Fulton State Court. On September 28, 2016, I appeared in Fulton State Court to defend my client against the charge of battery. Prior to coming to court, I had my client complete a two day Georgia accredited anger management class. I also had him pre-pay the court costs. After negotiations, I convinced the prosecutor to not prosecute my client's charge.

On September 28, 2016, I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal court to defend my client against a DUI charge. My client has a commercial drivers license and drives a truck for work. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I had this case bound over to Fulton State Court. This will allow more time for discovery, and delay the resolution in this case. Delaying the resolution is a tactic that can often be helpful. It allows a client to continue to work without having his or her license suspended. Possibly, this case may fall through the crack and eventually not be prosecuted.

October 3, 2016, pre-trial discussions with Alpharetta prosecutor. On October 3, 2015, I met with the prosecutor of the Alpharetta Municipal court to discuss my client's high-speed traffic ticket. My client, who was charged with driving 102 miles an hour in a 65 mph speed zone, is 17 years old. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I got to court to agree to reduce the speed to 19 mph over the limit and reduce the points added to his drivers license to two. This is dependent upon my client completing an approved safe driving class and completing several hours of community service. 9/22/16 fighting client's loitering charge in Sandy Springs On 9/22/16, I accompanied my client to the Sandy Springs City Court. I was there to defend him against a loitering charge. Their were two other co-defendants charged with my client, and each co-defendant had their own separate attorney representing them that day. This particular case was set for a bench trial. We convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the charges because, the states primary witness was not present.
