Fighting client's high speed traffic ticket in Fulton State Court On October 25, 2016, I appeared with my client in Fulton State Court. He had been charged with a high-speed traffic ticket-super speeder ticket. After discussion with the prosecutor, I negotiated a dismissal. This is a no process of the charge based upon client's agreement to perform 20 hours of community service and take a defensive driving class. Appeared with client in Grandville, GA., Speeding ticket On October 25, 2016, I appeared with my client in Grantville, GA. municipal court to fight his high speed traffic ticket. After negotiations with the judge, I got the court to agree to reduce his speed to 14 mph over the limit. This reduction in speed will keep his record from being sent to the Georgia department of driver services. Because no record of it will be kept at the state level, his auto liability insurance provider will not be notified. On October 25, 2016, I appeared with my client in Grantville, GA. municipal court to fight his high speed traffic ticke

On October 21, 2016, I attended a bench trial in Milton, Georgia with my client. He had been charged with a following too close accident. My client is only 19 years old, and he has numerous points on his drivers record. I had this case bound over to Fulton Superior Court. If my client had been found guilty in Milton City Court, his point total would have been over 15 points which would have led to a suspension of his driving privileges. By moving his case to Fulton Superior Court, it will likely be two years before his case is called. He will then be 21 years of age and if convicted of this charge, the penalties will be less severe, because he will be an adult at that time.On October 21, 2016, I attended a bench trial in Milton, Georgia with my client.
