Many courts in metro Atlanta remain closed The Atlanta Metro courts are slowly opening. My court work has been canceled for several days because of hurricane Irma. I have been working from home on numerous clients behalf. All of my clients court cases have been rescheduled for a date in the future. Often, court delays benefit my clients. The officer that wrote the ticket may have a conflict and be unable to appear in court. With a backlog in cases, the county or state maybe more willing to negotiate a settlement that benefits my client. Sometimes, the case simply falls through the cracks. The Atlanta Metro courts are slowly opening.

Another client with a school bus traffic ticket. I was just hired by another client to fight his passing school bus traffic ticket. This particular incident happened in Dunnwoody. Law-enforcement officers are always vigilant during school sessions. However, at the beginning of the school year, it seems that more tickets are written down at the end of the year. Always be careful when driving your vehicle.
