He had been charge with speeding, doing 88 mph in a 55 mph zone. His charge is a super speeder charge. My clients Drivers License would have been suspended had I not been able to convince the court of the following. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the speed reduced to 14 mph over, and the citation was made non-reportable to the Georgia Department of driver services. I also presented evidence to the court of my client's clean driving history. After discussions and negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to amend the citation to a basic rules violation which is non reportable. Fighting my client's super speeder in Sandy Springs. On Monday, September 18, 2017, I appeared on behalf of my client in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court. My client had been charged with driving 88 mph in a 55 mph construction zone. This is a super speeder construction zone ticket. After considerable negotiations with the prosecutor, I got him to agree to reduce the speed to 69 mph in a 55 mph zone. On September 11, 2017, I was in the Alpharetta Municipal Courthouse building to represent my client charged with disorderly conduct. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I got my client's charge reduced to a hold and clear. This is a pretrial diversion. On Friday, September 8, I appeared with my client in Cumming City Court. My client who was under 21 years of age, was charged with speeding. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get his speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit, so that it will not appear on his Georgia Department of drivers services record. I was then able to get his case reset, to allow sufficient time for him to obtain the funds to pay his court costs.On Friday, September 8, 2017, I appeared with my client in Cumming City Court. My client who was under 21 years of age, was charged with speeding.
