Getting client’s speeding ticket dismissed in Forsyth. On Thursday, I met with my client in Forsyth State Court. He had been charged with speeding, driving 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. This case was made more complicated by the fact that, my client was under 21 years of age. After considerable negotiation with the court, I got his speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit, and then, I got his case dismissed. My client had been charged with speeding in Roswell, GA., and I had the case bound over to Fulton State Court.
