On Wednesday, I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal Court to fight my client’s reckless driving charge.
My client had been stopped for driving 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.
He was charged with speeding and reckless driving.
After negotiations with the court, I got his speed reduced to 14 over and I convinced the court allow him to plead guilty to a basic rules violation.
This is a big win for my client.
