Fighting client’s Marijuana charge in Alpharetta I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal court with my teenage client and his parents. He had been charged with possession of marijuana. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the court to agree to allow my client to earn his dismissal. He must performed numerous hours of community service and submit to random drug testing. My client and his parents are very happy with the outcome.
