I appeared in Dunwoody City Court to fight my client’s DUI charge and his failure to maintain lane charge. This is my client’s first in a lifetime DUI charge. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the DUI charge reduced to reckless driving, and get the failure to maintain lane charge dismissed. Fighting to keep driving privileges for my DUI client. On August 15, 2017, I appeared with my client at an administrative license suspension hearing. My client had been charged with DUI in Alpharetta, Georgia. This was his first in a lifetime charge. Because, my client had refused the state breath test, the the arresting officer seized my client's drivers license. This refusal of the breath test and the seizure of my client's Drivers License precipitated this license suspension hearing. Fighting client's drug related DUI in Roswell, GA I appeared in Roswell City Court for my client in an administrative license suspension hearing. Her DUI charge was a DUI drugs charge. My client was undergoing inpatient drug treatment and she was in able to attend the hearing. The arresting officer observed my client's impairment during a traffic stop. I got the officer to agree to a reset.
