Fighting client's misdemeanor stalking charge in Atlanta. On June 11, 2015, I appeared in Fulton Superior Court in the city of Atlanta, to defend my client against a misdemeanor stalking charge. After negotiation with the prosecutor, I got him to agree to allow my client to plead to a Nolo for this misdemeanor. The judge was reluctant accept the negotiated plea, but did agree to the no jail time that I negotiated for with the prosecutor. On June 11, 2015, I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court for my client who was charged with a super speeder traffic ticket. He was charged with traveling 93 mph in a 65 mph traffic zone. I got the court to agree to a pretrial diversion. After my client completed the instructions given to him by the court, the court did agree to not prosecute his citation.

On June 8, 2015, I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court to defend my client against a charge of failure to yield to pedestrian. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, the court agreed that if my client attended a defensive driving class and provide proof of his insurance and coverage against any claim that occurred for the accident, the court would allow my client to plead Nolo Contendere. I was not happy with the Nolo Contendere result because this plea would be on my client's record. I had the case bound over to the Fulton State Court, so I could negotiate for a better result.

On June 2, 2015, I appeared in the Fulton County Juvenile Court to defend my client, who was charged with disobeying a school traffic officer. My client had said, she was confused about what the school officer wanted her to do.

Work zone speeding ticket dismissed in John's Creek, GA. On May 28, 2015, I appeared in Johns Creek Municipal Court along with my client to defend him against a work zone speeding ticket. He was charged with driving 49 mph in a 25 mph work zone. because it was a work zone ticket, the penalties if convicted are always more more severe After considerable discussion and negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get his speed reduced to 14 mph over. Then I was able to get his speeding ticket dismissed with no points on his driving record, and no information about this ticket going to his insurance company.
