Getting clients stop sign violation dismissed in Roswell, GA. On January 9, 2017, I appeared in Roswell City Court with my client. She was charged with a stop sign violation. My client is 17 years old, and if she had pled guilty or paid the fine, she would have received three points on her driving record. Then, if my client had another violation that gave her only one point or more she would have lost her driving privileges. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this client's case dismissed, provided that she must present to the court documentation that she successfully completed the City of Roswell teen violation impact panel. This is a happy day for my client and her parents. On January 9, 2017, I appeared in Roswell City Court with my client. She was charged with a stop sign violation.

Fighting client's uninsured driving charge in Alpharetta On January 11, 2017, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court to represent my client, who was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle. This is my client's second charge of driving an uninsured vehicle. After consultation with the court, I decided to have the case bound over to Fulton Superior Court. With the strategy of having the case bound over to another jurisdiction, I was able to avoid conviction of my client for a second offense. It is unlikely that this case will appear in Fulton Superior Court for at least 12 to 24 months. Sometimes, by delaying the court appearance, things may change for the benefit of my client. On January 11, 2017, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court to represent my client, who was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle.
