Fighting client's uninsured driving charge in Alpharetta On January 11, 2017, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court to represent my client, who was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle. This is my client's second charge of driving an uninsured vehicle. After consultation with the court, I decided to have the case bound over to Fulton Superior Court. Getting client's driving through Gore charge dismissed in Alpharetta. On January 11, 2017, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court accompanied by my client. We were there to answer the charge of driving through a Gore. A highway Gore is defined as an area on the roadway where vehicles are not allowed to travel. Gores are typically found in areas where traffic merges onto a highway. They are indicated with two solid white lines converging, with crossing solid white lines between the converging lines. This gore area is intended to prevent merging traffic on a roadway from colliding with moving traffic in the right-hand lane of the roadway.
