I got client's speeding ticket dismissed in Alpharetta. On May 10, 2017, I appeared with my client in the Alpharetta Municipal court to fight her super speeder ticket. If convicted, my client will, in addition to the local municipality, also have an issue with the state of Georgia, and this will require paying an additional $200 fine. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over, which eliminated the State of Georgia's interest.
