Georgia teens allowed drivers license without road test. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, Georgia teens will be temporarily allowed to get a drivers license without completing the required road test. This temporary order was issued by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. If we look closer, these teenage drivers have already passed the written portion of the test, and have used their student drivers license to learn to drive. This is a temporary order, and once it is safe for new drivers to be accompanied by a state official, it is likely that this order will be lifted.
