February 11, 2016, I am in the Roswell Municipal, defending my client who's unable to attend court today, because he is out of town on a business meeting. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to14 mph over the limit. No record of this incident will be reported to the state of Georgia, and it will not be reported to my clients insurance company. February 8, 2016 I'm in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court, defending my client against a charge of speeding-super speeder ticket. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to a regular speeding ticket, and then got that charge dismissed. February 8, 2016 I am in the city of Atlanta Municipal Court defending my client against the charge of an improper lane change which resulted in an accident. My clients past driving history is clouded with other traffic tickets. I was able to negotiate a dismissal of this charge. There was minimal damage to the other parties vehicle and the other driver did not contact his insurance company. I was able to negotiate a dismissal of this charge for my client. February 8, 2016, I'm in Atlanta Municipal Court representing my client who is unable to repair because he lives in North Carolina. My client has been charged with expired tag by the city of Atlanta. I brought a copy of my client's current registration with me, and I presented it to the court. With this done, I was able to negotiate a dismissal of charges.
