February 17, 2016, 7:00 AM, I am in the Atlanta City Court defending my client against a following too close accident. I had this case reset for a later date. this will allow time to get updated information from his insurance company. With this information, I hope to get his charge dismissed.

February 11, 2016, I am in the Roswell Municipal, defending my client who's unable to attend court today, because he is out of town on a business meeting. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to14 mph over the limit. No record of this incident will be reported to the state of Georgia, and it will not be reported to my clients insurance company. My client is very please with this outcome.

February 8, 2016 I'm in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court, defending my client against a charge of speeding-super speeder ticket. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to a regular speeding ticket, and then got that charge dismissed. February 8, 2016 I am in Duluth Municipal Court accompanied by my client' to defend him against a failure to move over ticket. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's charge dismissed. My client will take a defensive driving class. www.lawofficeofscottmiller.com

February 8, 2016 I am in the city of Atlanta Municipal Court defending my client against the charge of an improper lane change which resulted in an accident. My clients past driving history is clouded with other traffic tickets. I was able to negotiate a dismissal of this charge. There was minimal damage to the other parties vehicle and the other driver did not contact his insurance company. I was able to negotiate a dismissal of this charge for my client. February 8, 2016, I'm in Atlanta Municipal Court representing my client who is unable to repair because he lives in North Carolina. My client has been charged with expired tag by the city of Atlanta. I brought a copy of my client's current registration with me, and I presented it to the court. With this done, I was able to negotiate a dismissal of charges. My client is extremely happy with this dismissal, and with the fact that he did not have to travel to Atlanta to appear in court.

February 2, 2016, I'm in the Alpharetta, GA. Municipal Court, defending my client against a following too closely, rear end accident. My clients insurances has settled the damage to the other drivers car. I was able to negotiate for dismissal of charges against my client.

I'm in the Arcde, GA. City Court, defending my client, against a high-speed traffic ticket. I had the case continued, so that I would have more time to prepare my clients defense, and also time to deal with his license suspension.
