January 27, 2016, I'm in Gwinnett County Recorders Court defending my client against the charge of DUI. This is his second DUI charge in five years. Municipal Court attending an administrative license suspension hearing for my client, who has been charged with a DUI. We got the suspension dismissed due to the officers failure to show up and testify against my client.
