Defending my client in Roswell Municipal Court against a disorderly conduct charge. On February 9, 2015, I appeared in the Roswell Municipal Court accompanied by my client. On February 2, 2015, I appeared in Roswell Municipal Court to defend my client against a disorderly conduct and failure to appear charges. I was able to work out a dismissal on the disorderly conduct charge and get the court to resend the failure to appear warrant because my client was one day late in appearing.

On February 3, 2015, I appeared along with my client in the John's Creek municipal court, to answer the charges of following to close/accident. After discussions with the prosecutor, I was able to get the charge dismissed, because the other driver did not attend court, and I presented proof that the damage to the other drivers vehicle was satisfactorily repaired.

On February 3, 2015, I was in the Kennesaw city Court appearing with my client to defending him against a hit-and-run citation. I had this case bound over to the Cobb State Court for the purposes of obtaining a better result.

On February 3, 2015, I was in the Cobb County State Court accompanied by my client for a DUI plea. The facts of this case did not authorize a reduction by the prosecution, and my client had to submit to the minimum. This included a monitory fine, community service of 40 hours, and attend a risk reduction DUI school.

On January 27, 2015, I along with my client appeared in the White County Superior Court, to defend him against a second DUI in five years. Based on negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to convince the court to treat this as if was a first DUI in five years. My client received the statutory minimum for a first DUI. On January 28, 2015, I appeared for my client, in the College Park Municipal Court to enter a plea for him in absentia. My client was charged with following too close/accident.
