According to the national Highway traffic association, interstate 285 in Georgia had more fatal accidents per mile than any other interstate in the US. The Georgia Department of Transportation noted that the study did not take into account important factors, such as the amount of traffic on the highway or the cause of these fatalities. Clayton county police are looking to find drivers who block traffic on I-285 and broke several laws while driving recklessly preforming what is called donuts.
