I'm in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court defending my client who has been charged with speeding.
My client states that he was simply following traffic, and he was not aware of the speed he was traveling.

After negotiating with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to reduce the speed to 14 mph over.  This makes it a non-reportable incident. My clients insurance company will not get this information, so there should be no increase in his auto insurance premium.
