I'm in the Alpharetta Municipal Court to defend my client against the charge of hit and run.
My client admitted that he bumped a parked car on the street, however after seeing no damage present to the other vehicle he drove away.
The law requires that after an extensive search for the owner of the other vehicle, and if the owner cannot be found, you are required to leave your identifying and contact information on a note placed prominently on the other vehicle.

Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's charge dismissed.
