On Thursday, March 8, 2018, I appeared on behalf of my client in Atlanta City Court. My client was unable to attend court and I was there to fight his expired tag, registration charge.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to allow my client a pretrial diversion.
This pretrial diversion allows my client a dismissal after he makes a payment of $75 to the court.
