Fighting client’s traffic tickets in DeKalb Recorders Court
Thursday, June 6, 2019: I appeared with my client DeKalb Recorders Court.
My client had been charged with driving with an expired drivers license, failure to maintain lane, and causing a vehicle accident.
Prior to going to court, I had my client get her drivers license reinstated.
I presented to the court a letter from my client’s insurance company
stating, that the damage to the other car had been repaired to the owner satisfaction.
After considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I got the court to dismiss all of my client’s charges.
