On a Tuesday, I appeared my 16 year old client and his mother in Fulton Juvenile Court. My client had been charged with speeding.
After negotiation with the court, I was able to get his charge dismissed and sealed, so that it will not be available to be viewed in the future.
My client had to pay for court cost.
